Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at OilArtify. We hope you enjoy your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you.

 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, followed by 14 days to complete the return process.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including the original packaging.

For custom-colored or sized artwork, we do not accept returns once you receive the artwork. A $100 material fee (excluding shipping) will be charged for returns of custom-made artwork.

To request a return, please email haikebaichuang@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Please provide clear photos of the problem, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (damaged item or wrong item shipped).

Exchange

We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production begins or the item is shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
