At oilartify, we are proud to offer our unique, handmade artworks to collectors around the world. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.

inal, and quality takes time. Your order’s arrival date is based on the following formula:

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival

  • Processing Time (5-7 days in the off-season; 10-15 days in the peak season.): This is the time our professional artists take to hand-paint, finish, and carefully prepare your artwork for shipment.

  • Transportation Method :  Air freight with customs clearance and tax included: approximately 8-12 days; Xiamen FedEx delivery time: approximately 4-7 days.

  • Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our workshop to your address.

    • Estimated Transit Times: Transit times vary by destination. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, international shipments may occasionally experience delays of 1-2 weeks due to customs or carrier logistics.

    • Estimated delivery time: 4-12 days

     

3. Order Tracking

  • How to Track: Once your order has been dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Multiple Packages: Depending on the size and content of your order, items may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Undeliverable Addresses: We are currently unable to deliver to the following addresses:

    • PO Box numbers

    • Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands

    • Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Multiple Shipping Addresses: We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
